Huong Nguyen is the Chief Financial Officer at XNOR Group, leading financial strategy, capital planning, and governance to drive sustainable growth and strengthen the company’s position in digital innovation.
She develops scalable financial systems and promotes transparency and data-driven decision-making aligned with XNOR’s ambitious vision.
With over 20 years of senior finance leadership, Huong has held key roles as Head of Finance at Danang Securities Company (DNSC), Indochina Capital (overseeing finance for projects like Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa and The Nam Hai), STREETS International Inc. (managing finance operations across Vietnam and the U.S.), and most recently as Chief Financial Officer at Zen Group. She has a strong track record of optimizing financial operations and aligning finance with business strategy.
Huong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade from the University of Danang and certifications in Accounting, Financial Management, and Capital Markets from Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
At XNOR, she leads a finance function that balances rigor with agility, enabling innovation while maintaining financial discipline in a competitive global market.
