With over eight years of leadership in entrepreneurship, ecosystem building, and international collaboration, Daniel is deeply passionate about empowering startups and forging connections across global innovation networks.
Transitioning from his previous role as Chief Strategy & Partnership Officer at XNOR Group, Daniel brings proven expertise in strategic partnerships and ecosystem development. Before XNOR, he served as Chief Strategy & Partnership Officer at ENOUVO IT Solutions and Deputy CEO at the Da Nang Startup and Business Incubator (DNES), where he managed creative hubs and built collaborations with partners including the British Council Vietnam, Swiss EP, and the Ministry of Science & Technology. He also worked at the Da Nang Department of Foreign Affairs, promoting international cooperation and representing the city at global forums.
As an independent consultant and trainer, Daniel has advised leading institutions such as the VN-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education and facilitated partnerships with Singapore’s Republic Polytechnic and Hong Kong University.
His blend of diplomacy, partnership development, entrepreneurial training, and hands-on ecosystem experience positions him ideally to lead XNOR’s operational scaling while advancing its mission to connect and empower the global tech community. Daniel holds a Bachelor of English (with Distinction) from Da Nang University and has completed various international professional development programs.
