As the Director of XNOR Consulting Australia, Quang oversees strategic technology initiatives, leads multidisciplinary teams, and drives innovation for clients by combining strong leadership with technical and business acumen.
Prior to his current role, Quang was an Engineering Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he led hybrid engineering teams including graduate engineers, championing best practices in secure, scalable software delivery. He was instrumental in cultivating a growth-oriented and inclusive engineering culture while driving excellence in CI/CD, automated testing, and cross-functional collaboration across product, delivery, and architecture groups.
Before joining CBA, Quang held senior engineering and leadership positions in the aviation technology sector, managing complex hardware-software integrated projects and guiding teams through the development of embedded Linux platforms, FPGA systems, and AI-driven vision applications. This multidisciplinary background enables him to bridge hardware and software domains effectively, delivering innovative, mission-critical solutions.
