With over eight years of leadership experience in entrepreneurship and ecosystem development, Daniel is passionate about empowering startups and connecting global innovation networks.

Before joining XNOR, Daniel held key leadership roles including Chief Strategy & Partnership Officer at ENOUVO IT Solutions and Deputy CEO at the Da Nang Startup and Business Incubator (DNES), where he managed creative hubs and collaborated with major partners such as the British Council Vietnam, Swiss EP, and the Ministry of Science & Technology. He also served at the Da Nang Department of Foreign Affairs, fostering international cooperation and representing the city at global innovation forums. As an independent consultant and trainer, he advised top institutions like the VN-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education and facilitated connections with global partners including Singapore’s Republic Polytechnic and Hong Kong University.

Daniel’s strong background in diplomacy, strategic partnership development, and international collaboration, combined with his expertise in entrepreneurial training and ecosystem building, positions him as a driving force behind XNOR’s growth and innovation agenda. He holds a Bachelor of English with Distinction from Da Nang University and has completed multiple international professional development programs.
