HealthFirst Clinics faced significant challenges with a manual and fragmented medical record management system. To address this, we provided strategic consultation and assembled an offshore development team to build a robust, multi-tenant Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform.
This custom solution allows clinics in our network to use either our tailor-made EHR or integrate with leading third-party systems such as Best Practice and Helix. In addition, we developed a unified patient portal—available as both a web platform and mobile app—that enables patients to securely access their health records across all participating clinics.
