Position Overview

We’re hiring an HR & Admin Officer who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, someone cheerful, easygoing, and good at building relationships across the team. Alongside that, you’ll take care of a few simple administrative tasks: basic paperwork, document filing, and day-to-day office support.

You’ll be a familiar, friendly face for everyone in the office, helping new hires settle in, keeping communication smooth, and making sure simple admin tasks don’t pile up. Start with the basics, and grow into more responsibility as you go.

Key Responsibilities

Admin & Office

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and assets; track usage and order in a timely manner
  • Receive and store official documents, contracts, and paperwork (hard copies & SharePoint)
  • Support logistics for internal meetings, guest hosting, and company events
  • Coordinate with office service vendors; assist with administrative procedures as needed

HR Operations

  • Support recruitment: post job ads, receive applications, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates
  • Support onboarding: prepare contracts, hand over equipment/assets, and guide new hires on company policies
  • Track timekeeping and leave records, compile data for the payroll accountant
  • Update employee records; assist with social/health insurance (BHXH/BHYT) paperwork and HR policy rollout
  • Help collect receipts and invoices for the accountant (no accounting skills required)

Requirements

Required

  • Friendly, sociable, and comfortable connecting with people across the team
  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, basic Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized and reliable with simple day-to-day paperwork and deadlines
  • Honest, able to maintain confidentiality of internal and personnel information
  • Willing to work onsite in Da Nang, full-time
  • Familiar with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to support work tasks

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup/tech company environment
  • Experience using SharePoint, OneDrive, or other cloud storage tools
  • Basic English reading comprehension (emails, forms)
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, social insurance, and labor contracts
